Travis 48fa78bef2 Quest completion modal acknowledge on close (#10089)
* Change quest completion modal to only close on user acknowledge of clicking ok or 'x'
and update 'x' to acknowledge the quest completion.

* Removing check on header-close.

* Removing unused variable.
