This deletes two swear words that were causing trouble for French
speakers (they mean "delay" or "late").
It also puts English variants of those words back to the list of slurs
(IIRC, previously the base words were in that list but were moved to
swears because of the French issue).
This adds "pewdiepie" to the list of banned words because
"subscribe to pewdiepie" is semi-common spam in the Tavern,
and because there is sometimes hate speech in the YouTube
channel and in some material posted by pewdiepie's fans.
This is because they're causing problems in housework guilds (alcohol
is used for cleaning) and since it's coming up to Christmas a lot of
guilds are starting to have permissible conversations about drinks,
rum balls, etc.
We might put these back after Christmas but make specific exceptions
for the housework guilds.
When a more advanced word blocker is introduced, we'll be able to
ban alcohol words only in the Tavern. For irony.
